Sourdough Bread
Rustic boules & sandwich loaves
A slow 24-hour ferment, shaped by hand and baked dark. Crackly crust, tender open crumb, the loaf our neighbors plan their week around.

Everything here is mixed, folded and baked by hand in our Tulsa kitchen. Slow fermented overnight, pulled from the oven in the morning, and set out on the porch while it's still warm. Small batches, real butter, no shortcuts.

Our Story
Casey's Crumb began the way most good things do, with one jar of starter, a busy house, and a habit of baking more than one family could eat. Loaves went to neighbors, then to friends of neighbors, and eventually a wooden cabinet found its way onto the front porch with a hand-lettered Bakery sign.
Everything is still made here at home, in batches small enough to keep an eye on. Doughs are usually mixed and shaped in the afternoon, fermented slowly overnight, and baked before the sun's fully up — so every bag on the porch is at most a morning old. If a loaf doesn't come out right, it doesn't go in the cabinet.
The little goose and the bee in our logo aren't decoration. They're Casey's twin daughters. Lucy Goosey and Judy Bee are the reason the kitchen lights come on early, and they're usually somewhere underfoot with flour on their hands. This bakery is theirs as much as it is ours.

Absolutely. Birthday cakes, cookie boxes, bread baskets, shower and holiday orders are all welcome. Message Casey with your date and what you have in mind. A week's notice is ideal, and larger orders are best booked two weeks out.
Everything is baked to order in small batches, usually the morning you pick it up. Nothing sits, nothing is frozen, and nothing is made from a mix. Sourdough is fermented slowly over 24 hours before it ever sees the oven.
